Team Vibe: Meet Luke

At Vibe, our technology may power the travel industry, but it’s our people who make it all possible. That’s why we’re excited to launch Team Vibe, a new blog series where we shine a light on the brilliant individuals behind our innovation, culture, and client success.

 

In each edition, we’ll introduce you to a different member of the Vibe team, giving you a glimpse into who they are, what they do, and what makes them unique – on and off the clock.

 

To kick things off, we’re thrilled to feature Luke, one of our Service Desk Analysts. The Service Desk is the go-to customer support team, working collaboratively with a smart ticketing system to resolve client queries quickly and keep Vibe's travel tech engine running seamlessly on a day-to-day basis.

 

From helping clients thrive to a hidden talent for gaming, Luke brings both expertise and personality to our team.

Q: What does client satisfaction mean to you?

A: Client satisfaction is more than just hearing “you’ve done a good job.” It’s about building long-term trust and real rapport with our clients. We’re here to grow strong partnerships by working hand-in-hand.

 

Q: How do you go above and beyond for clients?

A: It’s not just about delivering what’s asked – it’s about showing up with care, fresh ideas, and a genuine drive to help our clients succeed. If that means jumping on a last-minute call or coming up with an on-the-fly solution, we do it.

 

Q: How do you try to incorporate the company values in your work – Versatile, Innovative, Brilliant, Engaging?

A: Communication, communication, communication. Whether it's within the Vibe team or with our clients, staying connected helps us stay innovative, responsive, and always on top of our game.

 

Q: What’s one thing people might not realise about your role or day-to-day tasks?

A: How much coffee we drink. But really, people might not realise just how much multitasking, fast thinking, and teamwork goes into keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Q: What’s your favourite thing about working here at Vibe?

A: The team behind the screens. We’re more than just colleagues – we’re a family. We motivate, support, and push each other to hit our goals, and we collaborate in a way that makes the work feel meaningful.

 

Q: What’s one fun fact about you that would surprise your colleagues or clients?

A: Outside of work, I'm a huge gamer. My proudest achievement is spending 13,000+ hours on a singular video game, and I'm still not done with it! It’s a testament to my love for immersive storytelling and strategy.

 

It’s been a pleasure getting to know more about Luke and the passion he brings to the Service Desk – like all our team members, he is an invaluable part of the Vibe story.
