In each edition, we introduce you to a different member of the Vibe team, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their role, personality, and what makes them such a vital part of the journey.
After kicking off the series with Luke from our Service Desk team, we’re excited to introduce you to our Client Project Manager, Kathryn.
Kathryn is one of the key people making sure projects stay on track, clients feel supported, and communication runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for her strategic mindset, approachable nature, and genuine care for both people and process, Kathryn brings calm to complexity – all while juggling multiple priorities (and avoiding peas at all costs).

Kathryn, Client Project Manager
Q: What does a typical day in your role look like?
A: My day is structured around any client meetings in the diary – whether that’s preparing for them, contributing, or following up afterwards. Outside of that, I’m focused on reviewing upcoming tasks and actions, coordinating internal projects, ensuring that everything is on track and documented accordingly.
Q: What does client satisfaction mean to you?
A: It’s all about the strength of our relationship. When a client sees us as a valued partner and can depend on us to help support their growth – that’s when you know you’re making an impact.
Q: How do you go above and beyond for clients?
A: By being an advocate for our clients and showing the human side of technology. I aim to really understand our clients’ needs and requirements and determine how these can be achieved using our technology – it’s not always just answering the questions directly posed. Even if a request isn’t something we can do directly, understanding the why lets us find a better, more workable solution together.
Q: How do you try to incorporate the company values into your work – Versatile, Innovative, Brilliant, Engaging?
A: I try to embody all four in everything I do, but if I had to pick one that resonates the most, it’s Engaging – with both clients and my Vibe colleagues. I strive to always be approachable and friendly with genuine enthusiasm, even when challenges pop up. Building strong relationships and keeping communication open makes all the difference.
Q: What’s one thing people might not realise about your role or day-to-day tasks?
A: Just how much coordination and planning goes into bringing a project together. Managing stakeholder expectations, sharing effective and timely comms, and keeping everybody happy – there are a lot of plates to keep spinning!
Q: What’s your favourite thing about working here at Vibe?
A: The teamwork, collaboration and seeing our projects come to life. I also love meeting with our clients and building strong relationships – talking is most definitely one of my favourite things!
Q: What’s one fun fact about you that would surprise your colleagues or clients?
A: This is a hard one! Not sure it’s fun per se, but I have a very real phobia of eating peas – I’m completely unable to bite into one! Mange tout and sugar snaps are fine, but actual peas? You could offer me a fortune and I would still turn them down every time!
Q: To wrap up, what’s something you hope people take away from working with you?
A: Just that I hope our clients and my colleagues know how much I care about what we do and how we deliver our services. That is really important to me. And if we can throw in some humour then we are on to a winner – that’s when the magic happens!
