arrMonthNumbers = month and year in MMYYYY format e.g. 032014
numNights = number of nights e.g. 7
numRooms = number of rooms required e.g. 1
numAdults1 = number of adults
numChildren1 = number of children (age 2-11)

hotelcode = specific hotel hash code. Separate additional hotel hashes with comma (optional)
